CA. Nithin Kamath C

Nithin heads the Indirect Tax Practice at Suresh & Nithin Chartered Accountants and brings his rich experience in the field of Indirect Tax Advisory and Regulatory practice to the firm. With his hands on experience in Indirect Tax & Foreign Trade Policy related matters, Nithin has been instrumental in advising multinational companies across Industry lines in setting up their transaction flow and enabling them to receive various incentives from the Government under Indirect Tax & Foreign Trade Regulations.

Nithin has represented various clients before Indirect Tax adjudicating and appellate forums across India and has been successful in closure of complex litigation matters. Nithin has a practice of keeping a close eye on the regulatory developments and has penned down many articles on various judicial precedents and changes in the Indirect Tax Laws.

Mr. Siddaraja S

A Post Graduate in commerce from Bengaluru University and also has completed Intermediate examinations of Chartered Accountancy and Cost & Management Accountancy.

After his stint with B T Shetty & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bengaluru (Now B V C & Co., Bengaluru), he is now the senior associate of the firm and also its principal consultant. He is regularly assisting the firm in TDS, GST, Book-Keeping, accounting assignments, statutory audits and, internal audit related engagements.

He also works on start-up services ranging from obtaining various statutory registrations, setting up of accounting & book-keeping processes.
